Noorsafa Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides live, one-to-one online Quran and Islamic education to students of every age. Our registered office address is published on our Contact Us page. By booking a trial class or enrolling in a paid plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
New students receive a limited number of free trial classes, as stated on our Pricing page. No card details or payment are required to book a trial. Trials are subject to teacher availability and are intended to let you assess fit before committing to a paid plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the rate confirmed with your coordinator at the time of enrolment. There is no enrolment fee. Prices may vary by course and the number of weekly sessions selected. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or by your coordinator; all payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
There is no fixed contract term. You may cancel your plan at any time by notifying your coordinator; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed. You may change your assigned teacher at any time, without needing to give a reason.
Classes are scheduled at a time agreed between you and your teacher, accommodating your time zone. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or miss a class. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect the availability of your preferred time slot.
All teachers are required to hold verified qualifications from a recognised Islamic institution, published on our Our Teachers page. Parents are welcome to observe any lesson at any time without prior notice. We expect respectful conduct from both students and teachers at all times, and any concerns should be raised with your named coordinator.
All course materials, branding and website content remain the property of Noorsafa Ltd or its licensors. You may use materials provided during your lessons for personal study only, and may not redistribute or resell them without our written permission.
We take reasonable care in selecting and verifying our teachers, but we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes or timelines, as progress depends on individual effort, consistency and starting level. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected period of service.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to active students where practicable.
